Anche nella frutta, esclusi gli agrumi. Il fabbisogno giornaliero è di almeno 1,1 mg al giorno per le donne, per gli uomini 1,5 mg. Una sua carenza è difficile. Si presenta con debolezza e disturbi del sonno, con le relative conseguenze di umore.
