Il dosaggio consigliato per un supplemento di GH va dai 3 ai 5 grammi al giorno da assumere durante l’allenamento oppure poco prima di coricarsi. Come rilassante invece il dosaggio consigliato va dai 250mg ai 1500mg al giorno da assumere insieme ad altri nutrienti (esempio insieme alla teanina).
