-Schiena dritta, curva lombare accentuata con antiversione del bacino. Petto in fuori, scapole addotte il più possibile, braccia tese in avanti (per questo motivo l’adduzione scapolare non è semplice, ma sforzarsi permette una postura corretta evitando di andare in avanti con le spalle).
-Cercare di mantenere la postura durante tutta l’esecuzione.
-Il ginocchio non deve superare la punta del piede e non deve andare verso l’interno.
Per imparare questo esercizio possiamo utilizzare il trx per aiutarsi con le mani oppure una sbarra per tenersi, oppure una panca in modo da non fare il movimento completo e iniziare con una accosciata parziale.
