Non le analizziamo tecnicamente perché credo che questo sia il compito di chi le fa e le fa fare quotidianamente. Personalmente sono affascinato dal mondo della pesistica ma con i miei clienti non utilizzo questi esercizi non avendo la pavimentazione adatta. Credo sia poco utile insegnare un movimento che richiede molte ore di tecnica e non poterlo utilizzare con carichi corretti, per di più togliendo del tempo ad altri esercizi utili a raggiungere gli obiettivi per cui sono pagato.
Le alzate olimpiche sono la massima forma di forza e potenza, personalmente insegno il clean perché si può eseguire anche con wall ball e kettlebell senza danneggiare il pavimento. Sono esercizi che richiedono una tecnica eccellente e un allenamento quotidiano, bisogna avere ottima elasticità muscolare e ottima mobilità articolare. La base di partenza è sempre lo stacco da terra, e già di per sé è un esercizio non semplicissimo.
