Come si esegue l’esercizio
-La presa può essere larga o stretta. Neutra, prona o supina.
-Portare la sbarra al petto con i gomiti indietro.
-La schiena leggermente inarcata all’indietro.
-Scapole chiuse.
-Spalle indietro, petto in fuori.
-Rimanere con la schiena ferma e sollevare il carico con le braccia cercando di isolare la schiena.
